Shipping, Return, and Exchange Policy
Your order will be shipped the day after it is placed.
Shipping time: 3 to 5 business days, excluding Fridays and Saturdays.
No part of the order can be added or modified after it has been shipped.
Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with Consumer Protection Authority guidelines.
Products purchased during special offers or discounts cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns or exchanges are not allowed after the specified period, which is two days from the date of delivery.
Returns are allowed in the following cases:
- If the received order is damaged or broken upon delivery from the shipping company.
- If a different product is received, or if there is a missing item compared to the invoice.
Review of return or exchange requests:
- A clear photo of the product and the purchase receipt showing the details of the received items must be provided.
- The request will be reviewed and verified against the recorded data.
- Delivery fees will be calculated based on the customer’s location in case of return or exchange.
